I think, its impossible to get 1st in this position.
If you want to get 2nd you have to prevent getting green any points and so you initiate mate by blue in Kb5. But still its no secure, that you get 2nd.
Blue has to get 1 more point and green shouldnt get 3 otherwise its over.
So for me there is no secure move to get 2nd.
