Day 1
I didn't get to play too many games on this day due to school but I did manage to go from 5302 to 5357. I will aim to push to 5.5k for day 2.
I also tried out a new lava loon deck that I created to counter mid ladder menaces and over-leveled witches, wizards etc.
Dang maxed balloon
Honestly speaking one maxed card isn't even insane.
Them midladder players have at least like three and the rest level 13.
Not to discourage you or anything, but it's really hard to get to 6k with underleveled cards AND an underlevelled king tower.
Having a level 12 tower usually means you need at least a maxed deck to do well.
Try to max out one deck, and destroy them opponents.
A deck can't be good against everything.
So it's very normal to lose once in a while. But learn how to beat different match-ups, learn your deck well, and you'll have a good time.

Yeah, remember that some matchups are literally 100-0 against your deck so it's fine if you lose those matchups. There's always going to be losses because of matchups, but if you practice enough, you may even stand a chance against those hard counters

And beating those match-ups have to be one of the best feelings in cr behind winning challenges and maxing out cards imo
but yeah
you should also analyze your games after each match so you can see your mistakes and where you opponent messed up

Day 2 and 3:
Didn't have much time to play, I have been very busy but I managed to go from 5357 to 5495 trophies (Almost 5.5k)!
I have been using this deck: Balloon, Valkyrie, Fireball, Lava Hound, Mega Minion, Skeleton Dragons, Tombstone, Zap.
I didn't have time to take screenshots but here is a recording of one of my games and a screenshot of my achievements which I took yesterday:
