the atack yugoslav is good i think, but is equal positions, always is equally

Kings Indian and Scandinavian. The former because it is just so limited, the latter because you need to be either extremely good at chess (master level) to make use of the benefits, or you're a 800 elo who constantly get insane games with it. Not really a good opening for people from all levels. London on the other hand is one of the best for White, and Sicilian for black (yes Sicilian is not overrated bruh).

It was the first thing I could think of and also there is something about it that feels overrated so that is my pick and my choice in this matter

well, yes, I play it too, and it works. But he didn't say the least effective opening or anything like that. I just meant it's overrated in my opinion.

London is actually not so common in rapid, so considering they are not extremely popular, yes they are more underrated than overrated (people think of it as a "viable" option but in reality it is one of the best openings for white).
Caro-Kann with black maybe...
Queens Pawn opening is definatly the most overated. it allows the opposing queen to eventually for an attack on the queens pawn. also its great for bishops on the other side. Kings Pawn opening is better

Do you mean Ng5 or Nxf7 by fried liver? Because Nxf7 punishes the opponent's blunder to gain winning position and Ng5 is not fried liver attack (Nxf7 is fried liver), Ng5 is called knight attack instead
