Very good
In May 2015, Team USA and Team Russia famously gathered for 456 boards (a record at the time, as I was told) for Round 5 of the World League season. Both teams were making a run at a division championship. Unfortunately for my team, Team Russia wound up out-registering Team USA by about 30 players, as I recall. Team Russia won the match and finished the season 9-0, while Team USA finished 8-1.

That is absolutely incredible.
I humbly admit I have hardly manage to bring about 40 players from 270 members at that time...
It takes a lot of time to build up ultra activity.....I know clubs with thousands who cannot raise 40!!

Yeah.
I wish my club were a bigger version of OCD (big in size, but very active). I guess no one has ever done that.
Problem is, the bigger the group...the less personable it becomes....I value the close knit friendly ethos!!
my 1000 member club is very personable .....and I know small clubs who are not
Mine was a generalisation and personal opinion based on my experiences.....I know there are VERY strong admins.....like yourself PM who maintain large personable groups.......but there are more that do not ...than do IMHO......this does not mean they cannot be very strong due to large numbers though. I. just prefer smaller groups....easier to manage and keep contact with everyone!

I bet every club on here wishes they could be a regular version of OCD, lol! They are amazing.
If I removed every member from my 465-member club who never joined matches, we would have 152 members. And some of them have only joined 1 or 2 matches.
There are some big team matches played in the past, so share your best big team matches played in terms of number of participants.
My club played top 2 biggest Team match of 2018
