If you join a match or accept a challenge then you agree to the rules and terms of play. That includes the time control. If your opponent is not breaking any of the rules, then they are playing fair.

Don't Like Blitz or Bullet games. They say playing too much of those games generate bad habits in Daily Chess as you react too much instead of planning properly. Basically slow players really wait until near time limit of game. Enjoyable games are when each player moves ar least 2-3 moves a day each at a minimum.

I am a slow player. I am convinced that I win many of my games simply because I take the time to think about what I am doing and my opponent does not.  I move when I am ready to move. That might be a long time and it might be right away.

But if my opponent complains about the time I take then I use the full time available.

But no worries, I only play one game at a time here at c.c because there are so many complainers here.

And I do not join tournaments.

Only 1 game, very inactive. Guess your a very busy person. Try to keep my games between 10-15 because i join frequent tournaments anf club matches and advancements to next rounds or new club matches are always popping up. I mix up my tournaments between 1,2,3 and 5 days per move so games don't pile up at once. I think 2 days a move is my favorite, but most people like 3.

Me! I’m a slow player!

I don’t play in tournaments very often, but I usually take all my time and when an emergency comes up I use my vacation time.

I’m a slow player!
