I am a team captain looking for members. I will play as b1, making this my current lineup:

B2: 1750-1850

B3: 1750-1850

B4: 1100-1280

Rating requirements may change as I get more people.

It's a league. Read the rules. One team plays another, and the board one on that team plays the board one on the other team, b2 plays b2, and same for b3 and b4.

I'll join b1 then. If I can join any team. 

You can't join b1 for my team, it's already full.

You have the boards wrong, you'll have to swap them. Higher ratings have to be higher boards.
