🛡️ Rules for Becoming an Admin or Coordinator

1. General Requirements To become an Admin or Coordinator, a member must: Be active on the server/community. Respect the rules and have exemplary behavior. Be respectful, calm, and responsible. Have no serious warnings. Invite more people.

2. Becoming a Coordinator The Coordinator role is an intermediate role, focused on organization.

✔️ Responsibilities Organize tournaments, events, or activities. Help new members. Report problems to the admins.

✔️ Additional Requirements Participate in at least 3 events or help with server projects. Demonstrate the ability to handle simple situations without conflict.

3. Becoming an Admin: The admin role requires a greater commitment.

✔️ Responsibilities: Moderate the server (sanctions, monitoring, channel management). Manage recruitment and the team. Organize and supervise coordination. Ensure a positive overall atmosphere.
✔️ Additional Requirements: Previous experience as a Coordinator. Demonstrated strong conflict management skills. Regular availability.
✔️ Nomination Procedure: Proposal by another admin or open application. Interview or discussion with the team. Internal vote (simple majority or unanimous, according to your rules).
4. Loss of Role: An Admin or Coordinator can lose their role if: They violate the rules. They become inactive for too long. They abuse their permissions. The team deems they are no longer fulfilling their role.
