Idk it seems pretty active, but my club's partnership policy requires me to be in the club a few days first to really get a good view of the community. Also the part about promoting to SA is just wrong.

Yeah, you don't have to promote to SA
so if u dont know how partner ing works we join each others club and give the other person super admin and announce the my club link and i will announce your club link heres my club
