I am a chess student of approximately two years. I got involved in the chess world via the great instruction of my wonderful coach clms_chess. I am currently one of the many top players in the Polk Scholastic Chess organization for the high school division; there is a very level field of young chess players. One of the quotes I live by is cheaters never win and the relentless "you live and learn" concepts which are quite simple (and I believe that you can fit them somewhere in the chess void as well if you tried.) 11-16-14 ^^I have been inactive in chess as of recently, I have recently made the time for it and find I am just as passionate about it as before. Over the period of time I would consider myself inactive I have acquired other "hobbies". I love to compete and have found myself in love with cross-country and folkstyle wrestling (which I have encountered many chess players oddly) I believe that I am just as physically talented as I am mentally ...If not more...I'm pretty sure I'm more... I aim for the top as I do for everything I compete in and am never satisfied with any mediocre performance.
