I do like chess and can be slightly addictive at times, not interested in rankings and will resign a game even if winning, to me the most important part is to enjoy it, if I do not enjoy then I resign but if backed in a corner then will fight and not resign,..... I'm more interested in the game, than the rating it gives me. An artwork is judged by its beauty, creativity, ingenuity and the emotions that it generates, and not a 4 digit number. I would rather loose a great battle, than win a none event work that out lol maybe now you know why I am krazykat

“Here's to the krazy ones, the misfits, the rebels, the troublemakers, the round pegs in the square holes... the ones who see things differently -- they're not fond of rules... You can quote them, disagree with them, glorify or vilify them, but the only thing you can't do is ignore them because they change things... they push the human race forward, and while some may see them as the krazy ones, we see genius, because the ones who are krazy enough to think that they can change the world, are the ones who do.” Steve Jobs

Animals are my friends... and I don't eat my friends.  ~George Bernard Shaw

We are destroying the world’s forests at an unprecedented rate. An area of natural forest the size of 10,000 sq m is cut down every two seconds. A quarter of the forest lost in the last 10,000 years has been destroyed in the last 30 years. Forest loss has a direct link to loss of biodiversity. The current extinction rate of plant and animal species is around 1,000 times faster than it was in pre-human times - and this will increase to 10,000 times faster by 2050.

“Our prime purpose in this life is to help others. And if you can't help them,at least don't hurt them.”  Dalai Lama

When all the trees have been cut down,
when all the animals have been hunted,
when all the waters are polluted,
when all the air is unsafe to breathe,
only then will you discover you cannot eat money.
~ Cree Prophecy ~

"If you talk to the animals they will talk with you and you will know each other. If you do not talk to them you will not know them and what you do not know, you will fear. What one fears, one destroys." - Chief Dan George, Tsleil-Waututh Nation

We are an integral part of Nature, which we should cherish, revere and preserve in all its magnificent beauty and diversity. We should strive to live in harmony with Nature locally and globally. We acknowledge the inherent value of all life, human and non-human, and strive to treat all living beings with compassion and respect.
