Currently on my yearly chess slump. After I won my first OTB tournament i’ve been sucking at chess. -100 blitz and bullet ELO. Too scared to play rapid. Low motivation in life in general. Stuck in the same loop for months now. IDK what to do. I've just had very low motivation to play chess and I feel like I suck now. Too scared to play more games and drop below 1700 :(((( Plz help me if you have any ideas for me to break 2000.

My goal is to become a National Master, my USCF is 1260 and National Master Title rating requirement is 2200 so there is still a long way to go... maybe before I'm 18?
