For MBTI ppl you know the main test is 16personalities.com, however, the test is kinda skewed. I say this bc its literally impossible to get a 50/50 which means that an ENFP could be wrongly judged as an ENFJ and vice-versa.

Chess ratings don't really matter, someone could play like a 1200 but be new to chess and have to slowly climb up. Or someone could just play like 400 better than their rating but can't go up bc the small difference.
