Friend @I_AM_THE_Road2GM RIGHT NOW!!

THIS IS. . . .

“In the moment when I truly understand my enemy, understand him well enough to defeat him, then in that very moment I also love him. I think it's impossible to really understand somebody, what they want, what they believe, and not love them the way they love themselves.

-A.E. Wiggin-

I am Peter Howard, I come from a large, Catholic, homeschooled family, having 11 siblings.

I am 15 and a Sophomore in School, and go to the Tradition Latin Mass each Sunday and once a week.

I enjoy playing chess, but I think of it more like a hobby, my real life is in Martial arts: Taekwondo.

I have been doing martial arts since I was 10 or 11: I started at a small karate school in, I think, 2013, we switched to a much bigger, taekwondo school in 2016, after I had made to just two belts away from black belt. I started over as a white belt and worked my way back up the levels. I started competing in taekwondo tournaments in 2018 and got a couple state titles and  1 district (Championships for 5 different states in the US)

In 2019 I began competing more serious and at the end of the year I was a state champion in form, sparring, weapons and combat sparring. I then went to the district championships and achieved 3 (Forms, sparring and combat sparring.) I am now working on my 3rd year of competing. I tested for my 1st degree black belt December 21st 2019 which opens up the possibilities of becoming a world champion!

My goal is to become a world champion this summer at the "Tournament Of Champions" (TOC)

Fact: I am actually the fourth member of my family to become a black belt.

One of my brother is a 2nd. degree already

I have two sisters who have their black belts

(one of them tested with me)

Taekwondo is a distinctively Korean martial art, which effectively balances both self-defense and attack, as a way of sport and physical fitness exercising. Its set of fighting moves focuses on high kicks and quick hand movements. Taekwondo is based upon the belief that the leg is the strongest and furthest reaching limb that a person has, thus having the greatest potential to be used as a powerful weapon. So it makes an emphasis on the fact that using the legs as a main weapon of choice can keep an attacker at a distance.
