Mike, they are available right now. If your clock is not engraved, let me know and I will send a replacement with a call tag for the other one. If it is engraved...I can email you a call tag and we can get it back in and upgrade it for you

Thanks, Shelby. I thought the original customers would get an email with instructions, and the clock would be sent out automatically with a return label. I don't need it engraved.
If I can get a blue clock, I would appreciate it. Thanks, Mike

Micah, I can have a tag out to you on Monday. You will have to take it down to the post office and out it in a padded flat rate envelope. After we get it, it will take about a week to get the update into it and then I send it back out to you.

Has anybody purchased one of these yet? I purchased two of them from Ebay and both of them have a very distracting screen flicker that the Vtek did not have.
