WTF File? You don't need any files. Just get the app. All games are included in the app. You will get app updates on regularly which will include database updates to include latest games. These updates may come on monthly or biweekly basis.

all I need now is something that can download an app, whatever that is.
iTunes does the downloading, then you sync it to your iPad / iPhone.
