Chess Clocks
There are Chronos clocks with touch sensors. They're not cheap but they're built like a tank.
Not too long ago, I saw someone playing with a Saitek clock that they had modified with touch sensors so maybe someone with some DIY savvy could take a non-touch clock and add touch sensors.
The clocks with the rocker bars require almost no pressure to press the clock/ I personally dislike touchscreen for alot of reasons, but then again i am a fogey who does not like touchscreen phones either...

I think DGT would work, in use at least. Setup might be awkward, but pressing the lever takes little pressure and can be a whole arm movement; finger/wrist dexterity is not required.
There may be other similar models; DGT are all I am familiar with as they're an effective monopoly in Australia. (Tournament organisers supply equipment, not participants; DGT are common and have become "standard".)
I have carpal tunnel like pain in my wrist and hands and find it really painful with most chess clocks, are there any chess clocks that just need to be touched or lightly tapped to work?
