I might be able to help you a bit. I'd never really used ChessX before, but after 5-10 minutes of playing with it, I think I understand how to analyze games with it. (Reading the Help file helps a bit.)
However, I don't think it can graph the analysis results, so if you'd like graphs, you might want to consider another GUI. Scid vs. PC can do a basic graph, and Lucas Chess can make an analysis graph with so many features it'll boggle your mind. (The many analysis features in Lucas Chess aren't really any harder to use, either.)
So much fan-fare about chess X I downloaded it. It looks good but how do I go about analysing my games?
I am far from skilled with these things. Is someone with patience willing to swap some PMs to get me underway?
