Do you need Firefox extension?
no
Using a "Chrome Extension" but that sounds like it no longer works
U dont need it, I'm using Firefox (it's a way better browser and don't eat a HUGE amount of RAM like Chrome does) and have zero issues with my DGT
firefox is another variant of chromium lmao
OMG Use Google before of write something totally WRONG!!
Firefox is independent and does not use the same engine as Chrome or Chromium and it is faster than those two and consumes a fifth of the memory.

Q: Is Firefox Chromium based?
A: Firefox is not based on Chromium (the open source browser project at the core of Google Chrome). In fact, we’re one of the last major browsers that isn’t. Firefox runs on our Quantum browser engine built specifically for Firefox, so we can ensure your data is handled respectfully and kept private.

How do you use Firefox with Pegasus? My Windows laptop doesn't see the Peg as a Bluetooth device. Thanks.
Has anybody try to play offline and export PGN ? Its not working well. At least it seems is creating ambiguities in notation. For instance, if two rooks can move to the same square, lets say e8, the move is noted as Re8. without clarifying which rook has been moved
Im very surprised to find failures like this.
@angous
You should contact the support team at DGT. I have found them to be pretty useful in case of technical difficulties.
Is anyone else having problems with the chess.com Android app recently? My Android app doesn’t connect to Pegasus at all.
The chrome extension does not work.
Any help in this
Pegasus Chess.com Chrome Extension from EdNekebno don`t work for me anymore too.
Now I use Chessconnect to connect DGT Pegasus with Chess.com, it allows to play against bots, human opponents, and live tournaments. And works on Windows™, Mac™, Linux, Android™, and Chrome OS™.
Hey guys,
how could I play against Lichess bots with the latest DGT Chess app (v2.2.17) ? I don't see any way. Someone tried that ? Thanks and best.
I got the DGT Pegasus and it is great! I have lost over 549 games on time because I have to move the pieces from the opponent's side as well, and that is not so good in bullet or 3+0 blitz. But it is still a great chess board! Order now if you play a lot of rapid or classical (it sucks on bullet and blitz)

I'm okay on 5|5 on Pegasus and Smartboard.
Almost every time I play a game on my Pegasus the following problem happens:
My phone registers my opponents move but the board does not light up to acknowledge the move. I lost time on my clock because I was waiting for my board to light up and didn't notice that it didn't recognize the move but my phone did. This happens once or twice per game. If I then make my opponents move on the board and them make my move all is fine and I can continue the game, but it is still annoying.
Has anyone else experienced this?
How would you rate this board in 2025?
I'm looking to buy one in this price range for my son, but I'm hesitant between the Pegasus, the Chessnut Air, and the GoChess Lite.
The Chessnut is technically superior but aesthetically ""underwhelming"".
Do the initial recognition problems with the Pegasus still remain? (We use Android so iOS issues are irrelevant for me)
I pulled my Pegasus out a week ago to see if the problem had been fixed but now one of the squares appears to be dead. No pieces seem to register on that square at all.
I have the Chessnut Go and it is a really nice set. Works perfectly and is so nice and portable. Between the choices you mentioned I would get the Chessnut Air although I have not used that particular set, I have had nothing but good experiences from Chessnut.
Just my .02
