zagryan do you find where to buy this dubrovnik set?
Dubrovnik plastic set with King Crosses ...
Mister bro! Well tbh I tried several wooden boards but somehow this vinyl board suits better to my eyes, weird eh?
Btw, this vinyl board is retired from a local chess club so it's a battle vet
Thanks! Pieces and board are not an original set but go well together. The board was made in Croatia in the 80's and usually sold together with plastic dubrovnik with ball. This Dubrovnik with a cross was made in Serbia in the 90s.
For what it’s worth, houseofstaunton.com has/had Dubrovnik sets that come with both the cross and the ball finials for the King and removable finials for the Bishops. Owner can swap them out and even place opposite colors on the pieces however they see fit.

On the wood set?

Yes. Forgot to mention that the HoS set I was referring to was wood.

That's cool. I didn't realize they offered both finials like they do with the Zagreb set. I think I prefer the ball over the cross since the original came with a ball.
The best and most accurate 1950 Dubrovnik set are produced by
1. Staunton Castle.
2. Royal Chess Mall.
3. NOJ.
House of Staunton use to make a nice reproduction of the Dubrovnik. But it has changed, and I would not recommend HOS for a Dubrovnik set.
@thepatriotbraveheart - the one I recently saw was being sold on n.America's Amazon for 30.00. not the one with the cross tho here is the link Dubrovnik Zagreb Chess Pieces - Plastic, Standard Size, Weighted Chessmen https://a.co/d/7WkNoFz
Thanks All - I found the set on the video from a friend in Serbia.
@Ronbo710 - Did you find the set through GM Sinisa Drazic? I would like to get one with the crosses but wasn't sure because his webstore isn't exactly photo friendly.
