Looks nice. I'm always on the lookout for custom chess piece makers. Do they have an online store? Just a friendly reminder, let them know if you would like double queens (4 total). The posted pic shows single queens (32 piece total) -- which might be their default count.

Love it! My life has been lived in shades of ‘gray’. Resisting has not been one of my better qualities and I’m better for it - or so I will always believe. 🤓

I really like this set. The pieces are well designed. Sturdy and stable. Properly weighted and well balanced. The finish is kind of rough which gives a good grip and reduces glare. Craftsmanship and quality are great and I think this is a set that will age well. I´m glad I gave in to the temptation.
The squares are made of 4 mm thick maple/teak wood.
The extra queens have now arrived!

It does. I will and I do. Actually the thought of getting rid of all my other sets came before me.
Just ordered this - handmade in Sweden - set. Pieces made of swedish birch, the board inlaid with birch and teak. King height 90 mm, board measures 42x42 cm.
