Matthew Sadler and Natasha Regan's Game Changer is fantastic if you're searching for a good read. Levy Rozman briefly mentioned the book and I've been hooked since; how artificial/computational intelligence has ousted human creativity through analyzing thousands of games from AlphaZero, in broad strokes. 

Not exactly instructional, but an intriguing tale withal.
