MCO early editions

Well, after only six years, I've got the second edition.  Now looking for the first and third editions (realizing that the first edition is very scarce).

      Thanks for your input.  Thats a beautiful search engine!  But, the only early

edition it came up with was the 2nd for $200 - out of my league.
