Hi all. I am having a clear out and found an Odyssey II electronic chess board that came from my grandfather at some point. Can anyone advise if it is worth anything to anyone or likely just junk? It still works and have just played a game on it as a test.

I'm sure that there will be people interested in paying at least a few dollars for it as a collectors' item. It may be "just junk" in terms of its value as something for practical use when you can download Stockfish for your smartphone, but a lot of old computer items have sentimental value, sometimes quite serious value.

I've just checked, and some people are asking about $30 for this particular old chess computer.

Thanks quadibloc, I will try and find someone who might be interested in it then rather than just getting rid of it.
