www.chessdom.com has a “Live” section where plenty of live games are available. The problem is that most of these live games are in ChessArena style and it is not possible to just paste the scores directly to a software and get the desired PGN files. With a smattering of programming skills in excel vba, I have written a programme to deal with the ChessArena live games ( here is a screenshot ):
