What is the best way to improve your Chess play?

So I know it requires lots of puzzles, playing analyzing and third person views (coach). But how much of each is ideal and on a weekly plan? I'm looking for the best way to constantly improve now I've got a chest injury.

GM Ben Finegold when asked this in streams always answers “play a lot of chess, analyze every game and find out what you did wrong, watch videos, and do puzzles.”

Seems like good advice!

Play someone who’s better than you until you learn the tactics and strategies. Join tournaments for experience and money. Befriend all grandmasters and train with them until you beat the best Russian.
