Online place where I can have lessons with real coaches

Hi guys. 

I'm wondering if there are any websites where I can have online lessons with real coaches? 

I don't want to use skype for calls and any payment methods for $, I want everything to be in one place, so I can find a coach, book lesson and have training in the same website, without any 3rd part services.

Who said I don't want to pay? I will pay, but I want to have a guarantee for my lessons, so I will pay to website, do lesson and if everything is fine, they pay to coach, like upwork or any other freelancer website

If you simply don't want to pay money to people who you have never met, that is the whole point of the coaches listing here. Chess.com has checked them out. They are who they say they are.
