Given he was a public figure and there is mystery surrounding his death, it is perfectly natural and ethical to wonder how this tragedy happened.

Also, I don’t think krammink is innocent in this. I just think it outrageous to spout slander about a living person who literally cannot actually be blamed for this tragedy.

I don't know what mental health services are available in the USA but there must be something when someone is in a crisis? I'm kind of upset because it seemed preventable.

We have therapy but stuff is wild here currently so not sure how helpful that is

That is amazing that you got to meet him whether online or in person, but I see what you mean by him not looking ok. I really think that kramnik pushed him over the edge, and he owes an apology to Daniel’s family and the chess community
