im pretty sure its like this...
1. That is the Vienna Gambit, a variation of the Vienna, but not the only way the Vienna can go.
2. As RRamax said, e6 is not a good option in the Vienna there. Play Nf3 followed by d4 if your opponent plays Nc6.
3. Most players at 1000 or so (at least for rapid, what I play) will avoid the Falkbeer (which is the position one move before the Vienna Gambit), and will instead opt for the Max Lange Defense or the Anderssen variations.
4. The King's Gambit, from what I've heard, is heavily theoretical, so I would not recommend it unless you want to dive in to theory.
