Most welcome Ziggy.  Yes I agree we have to try to push and pull our opponent kind of out of shape.  It struck me when I was watching rugby, a good team recycles quickly and switches from open side to blind side quicker than their opponents can muster a defence, they simply get pulled out of shape. Really like NM Rob Kings way of teaching, his latest video on positional ideas is also really good, a game between Bisguier and Petrosian.   Its an hour long though and needs to be taken in in stages.  I'll post it here for convenience sake and in case anyone is interested.
