Dutch defense. It puts people on edge and generally takes them out of their comfort zone. I used it against a 1700 and didn't get wiped off the board.

The Fierce Nimzo Indian by WFM Maaike

There are NUMEROUS books.  You have got to be more specific which Defense to d4 you are looking to learn.

Queen's Gambit Accepted

Queen's Gambit Declined

Slav Defense

Semi-Slav Defense

Nimzo-Indian and Queen's Indian (or Bogo-Indian) Defenses

King's Indian Defense

Grunfeld Defense

Benoni Defense

Benko Gambit

Old Indian Defense

Dutch Classical and Stonewall

Dutch Leningrad

And this just accounts for the sound stuff.  There is a myriad of garbage out there too, like the Albin Countergambit.

Kind of depends on what opening you want to play vs 1.d4

You need to be more specific about what you are looking for.  Are you looking to divert from the positions that you usually play.  I looked at some of your games and there is definitely are noticeable trends in how you respond to 1.d4.
