In second, is it good to play a6 before Qa8 to avoid any trouble on c7?
If white doesn't grab any space I think its bad for white. It makes it easy for black to play for an initiative here and grab all the space they want. stategically I think black should have good winning chances. Maybe white has some tricks up their sleeve?
In the second I was a little confused and it is not necessary to play Qe8 at all to prepare e5, just nb-d7. If Qe8 comes at all, it is more typically re8 , it is to make possible e5-e4. Also it is more typical for white to play be2, instead of bd3, otherwise loses tempos to later e5-e4. A typical game is
