What is the problem of 8...Qd4+? why you received a warning? I guess such abstract rules like an obligation to push the king before move 8 or these splits checks should be baned. The goal is just to reach with the king to the last rank, it doesn't really matter how.

oh my "abtract rules complaint." hehe....lol...oh geez....heh. Anyway..congrat on your win thcchessmaster. One step closer to the finals, eh? And thanks jet for posting up games and commentary.
Meanwhile...bresando(1919) and norton(1411) have a couple of burners a blaze. Norton dopened with a rare Bongcloud Carburator opening with the white pieces and opted for the Bongcloud/Alekhine Chicken on his black board. Nasty counter play opened up the b file for Norton on his white board, but bresando completely shut down Norton's Chicken variation and had posted his king to the 6th rank very early.
I am now officially an analyst
oh and the Winner should put this where it says where he lives, for example

My second defeat, great game, had it in the Bag until I blundered, this is why you don't do Homework and Play chess at the same time
@ jetfighter, I beg to differ. In fact, both of these two days we've been playing, I've been doing homework while playing.
My Analysis:
23. Bd2 was a mistake on my part. Bc3 was much better
I still think 30. Be1?! would be more appropiate annotation. I just don't see what's so great about that move! Sure, it gets your king farther, but It can be easily blocked and driven back
In the alternate line, after 33... Kd4, 34. Rb1! solves my problems and leave me with an edge. At least, as far as I calculate!
34... Rc4?? I can see that that hopes for Rxc4#??, but you missed the obvious Bxc4, which is what I played.
That's my 2 cents!
