Kahiko Hula Gambit Apocalypse

Listed below is a recent game where I took down IM Ling-Fong (elo 2400) with the Kahiko Hula Gambit on the Internet Chess Club at game 15 minutes. Actually on the ICC you have the option of playing a computer program. IM Ling-Fong is a computer chess engine. Playing IM Ling-Fong is equavalent to playing an actual IM. See game below. It was a beautiful kingside attack by White. May the force be with you. I had made some theorectical improvements to the Kahiko Hula Gambit. The Kahiko Hula Gambit is still a work in progress.

Thanks for sharing, interesting game. Strange that Black has 4 (!) pawns advantage at move 15, but doesn't avoid White winning attack.

crazy idea I would be a bit hesitant to play it OTB against a human though. The computer seemed to play too fast in some lines and just grabbed material for no good reason. Qxb2 was bad  but so was Qd2 if black had played Bb6 things would be fine.

Nice attack in the end though.

Silly game. Black ate more than e could digest. White missed a crushing attack by a move any patzer would spot on the fly (15.Ng5). One move later, he missed 16.Nf6+, equally crushing. Next move, he missed a fast mate (16.Ne5).

Unless it was a bullet game or something like that, it can't be taken too seriously.

Kahiko Hula Gambit Apocalypse Part 2

Listed below is my recent game with the Kahiko Hula Gambit (1.c4 e5 2. e3 Nf6 3.f4 exf4). This is my best played game with this gambit. The Kahiko Hula Gambit is constantly being improved. And every time I play it, I learn something new. Also it is a good way of improving your chess attacking and tactical skills.
