    I like to play the Quade Gambit here with 4.Nc3 and hope they push the g pawn with 4...,g4.

    You got it! White is clearly winning. I win a lot of blitz games that way.

    7...g2+ is a mistake, but a lot of players facing this line are not familiar with it. Often they think the situation is analogous to the Bishops's gambit of the KGA (3.Bc4 Qh4+ 4.g3 fxg3 5.Nf3 g2+) when black gets a terrific attack.  Here, 4...Qxg4 is better, but black's position is still problematic. 

        As you mentioned, this is a lot of fun in blitz. Here's one of my better tries with this line:
