There is a line called the dragodorf or something to that effect. Shabalov played it against Caruana in the 2017 us chess championship and lost.

after these white's reply 9.f4 h6 10. bxf6 bxf6 11.Qf3 ? you would reach similer to tal scheveningen structure happy.png 1. e4 c5 2. Nf3 d6 3. d4 cxd4 4. Nxd4 Nf65. Nc3 e6 6. f4 Nc6 7. Be3 Be7 8. Qf3

This happens in the Kan Sicilian quite a bit, particularly in the 4.Bd3 lines, but usually ..g6 does not occur this early. I'd be careful in timing it.

7f4 is the more typical Nadjorf line, when 7....g6 6e5 looks suspicous. The position you transpose to after 7Bd3 might be some Kan line, but even there after all those pawn moves, you probably be a lot less keen about black's positon, when have faced a decent attacking player.
