Sicilian opening where black plays e5

This is the position I will be referring to:

In this particular opening, black tries to eliminate the strength of white's minor pieces and use his minor pieces and pawns to gain space and time. Whites objective is to occupy the d5 square as much as possible with his minor pieces. This is how the next few moves look

My question is this: As I cannot find a name of this opening anywhere (does it exist?), where should white's pieces be placed in order to secure the d5 square? Also; how should black go about releasing the tension on the d5 square? Where should black's minors pieces be placed to gain maximum potential?

Here's a game I played against my friend (we're both 1700 rated over the board)

All comments and answers to my questions are welcome :)
