No, it's settled. Accelerated London it is.
1. b4 is not very good. 1. g3 is ok 1. c3 can be considered 1. Nc3 can be considered.
Just about any opening move leads to a draw with best play on both sides. An exception might be 1. g4?
1.e3 is also strong, but not as strong as 1.c3, which is extremely powerful.
