He's referring to the line 6.Be3 e5 7.Nb3. If you don't know the Najdorf after 5 moves, you shouldn't be answering this question anyway.
It's not easy to say the exact main line as the moves can often be shuffled, like Black can, in theory, move either Bishop first, then the other before developing the Knight or Castling. One line, though again, move order may be shuffled in many games, is 7...Be6 8.f3 Be7 9.Qd2 O-O 10.O-O-O Nbd7 11.g4 b5 12.g5 b4 13.Ne2 Ne8 with a playable position for both sides.
And by the way, "lain" is not a word. Main "line".
