"Our stay here is a brilliant start of our vacation. The name Ritz raises your expectations & this hotel more than lives up to them. The decor is contemporary but exudes warmth too because of its rich highly-polished mahogany interiors. Our Junior suite is very spacious with a separate living area, which has stylish furniture, especially the gorgeous bar-cabinet. And I love the fact that the iron & the board are fitted in the room itself as it is a nuisance to keep calling for it. The toiletries are Asprey, a luxurious brand. The view from our window is that of a vibrant park which is kind of a refreshing sight. The staff is very friendly and keen to fulfil our desires. Also, the Kupola breakfast lounge has a delicious spread of offerings. The omelette was the best that I have ever had, and the mini muffins were yummy too. The best thing about the Ritz is its location. The moment you step out of its back door, you are in that kind of a street and those kind of squares for which travelers travel to Europe. Wonderful treat!"
"I made reservation over phone several weeks in advance. The process was swift. We arrived tired after five hours long ride from Prague and were warmly welcomed by the staff. Rooms were booked according to our demand and were connecting. Upon entering a surprise cake was waiting for me as it was my birthday. Rooms were very comfortable, clean and spacious. Breakfast buffet had a vast menu to choose from and service again was friendly and efficient. Concierge was extremely helpful in guiding us about activities in town, making reservation for dinner, arranging an excellent private guide on a very short notice and making reservation for our transportation to Vienna. Hotel is located right in the middle of historic district and everything was walk-able. We will stay again when we revisit Budapest."
"The hotel is brand new and I like how the whole hotel is designed.
Location is central and easily access to the famous Danube River. Room is clean, air conditioning functions well, Bellman and concierge team are helpful. Club Lounge has great food and service, Paul / Ketti are very friendly. Special thanks to Marco Kuefner and Nina Will who have made our arrival and stay comfortable and memorable. And thanks for the welcome surprise to my daughter who has just got married. We enjoyed the stay and would definitely stay in this hotel again next time to Budapest. Highly recommended."
