Hope the title was catchy enough. (plz forgive my grammar)

So I live in Greece in Komotini and I love chess. I'm 33 and have the basic knowlage of things, watched a lot of videos.

My main proffession is a Coach in Track and Field and with my wife we got a  Coffee shop.

In our coffee shop we have a big room that can easily host a chess club. But how to make one?

I'm no master. My best rating is 1500ish on online chess. But I do know how to transfer my knowlage to others as long as I unerstand it my self.

So can anyone spend like 15 mins of his time and give me some help?

We have a lot of chess players and chess lovers but most are 1400ish with few reaching 1700ish. Means that they will all be interested.

Plz help

Running a club isn't that hard. You just need to have appropriate tables/space and advertise. Maybe have some boards and pieces on site to be used. That is the most basic and easiest way to start.

If you wanted to start running tournaments then that would require more work and learning. Running unrated tourneys is pretty easy and learning the basics of that isn't too hard.
