Any Jobava fans here? If so I'm curious to see some favorite games. I'll upload one later this evening

I am one! Love his games on the Jobava-Prié attack, his recent one vs Topalov on the Olympiads was amazing

I have to admit, the guy is entertaining to watch play.  He definitely looks like he is having fun!

I think so too. I think he'll find his way into the upper 2700's before too long. He's definitely a unique player, which is something you don't see a whole lot these days. He reminds me of a stronger Shabalov

Beautiful game, pavlov

I'm not too sure about that, he passed 2700 for the first time seven years ago and is 2698 on the October list, after having been in the higher 2600s the last years. He will be 33 next month and his peak rating was 2734 (four years ago). I think he is too uneven to ever close in on 2800.

This man will be how I get to 2200
