Probably over half use computer assistance here. Anywhere from 50 to 67 percent, I'd say. More even in the "online" games.
I don't know. I have yet to play a game where no material was squandered, and don't suspect any of the players who beat me cheated.
This is completely unfounded and in my opinion very innacurate, that's way too much. I have played a lot of games and never felt I was playing a computer.
At the OP, at that level I wouldn't expect any cheater, cheaters usually have high rating.
whats the point ? I don't think people waste thier time on that, no fun ?
I rarely have time to sit down to play, and I play far worse when I try to play "quick" games—I'm sure quick means different things to different people.
I tend to play 24 hour to 3 day games, and the only software I use is the analysis board provided. Why would I want to watch someone play a game against a computer? I have never felt that any of my competitors was using anything but mushware to make their moves.
of my few games here (255 bullet/124 blitz/44 standard), as far as i remember, i think someone used a chess engine against me only once.
so... don't worry about it too much? or i might be lucky/naive.
