Local chess.com members

I want to ask that is there any way in which I can search for Chess.com members living close to me?? 

Interesting. 

It isn't possible probably because:

• People don't give out their addresses. 
• Chess.com doesn't track given addresses. 
• Even if it did, the addresses may be wrong. 
• If you're trying to track an IP address, it may be from anywhere, including home, workplace, vacation/holiday place, from a moving train etc., so you cannot determine someone's exact 'living place'. 

There was a world map with members who had their addresses in their profile, but I can't find it on the new site look.

Unless you're a premium member, you can't use it anyway.

Obviously there is the national flag and the location in profile. However, most people do not fill this out. Really it may not be safe to give out all your personal information of course.

oh yeah... the problem is there is a state tournament going to be organized near me and i want all the chess players of my locality to know it. There was news in the paper.. but i dont think everybody read it out.
