Need someone to mentor me ...

Hi all , im 15 , from India and i've been playing chess since 4 months and my rating is around 1350-1400 and sometimes goes down and comes up :D , I've been struggling these days to get my rating up , is there anyone who can mentor me? by playing against me and checking my games and progress?? I'd love to learn from a 1700+ player , but i have no money to pay unfortunately , which is the only drawback :S

My peak blitz rating is 1423 and peak tactics rating is 1740.
