Why the follow the science
New players have to play 10 games to chat
So after losing 7-15+ million points of material to captures by the opponent we're still trying to say that defending any pieces is always a blunder because you think this variant has self-captures and somehow that makes defending pieces too dangerous because what if there's a mouse slip?

U.S. disease-caused excess deaths during COVID: 1.6 million.
US confirmed COVID deaths: 1.1 million.
US reported deaths after (not necessarily because of) vaccination: 18700.
US confirmed vaccine-caused deaths: 6, largely not from MRNA vaccines.
COVID Mortality reduction among recently vaccinated: 60-90%.
I don't want to be a statistic, but maybe you should be more concerned about the million than the 6. Seems like what you have is a calculation problem.
Oh and BTW COVID causes everything the vaccine is alledged to cause, but way more often, way worse, and way more actually-existing.
