Dai Shogi - dax00 vs KaijiAUT

@evert823
Maybe dax00 may be interested to try it, but I think I would like to stick to chu shogi. I have gone through the rules of tenjiku shogi in the past, but it didn't look like a good game for me (I didn't like the idea of burning pieces). And now Dai shogi is an interesting experience, but I enjoy Chu shogi much more. So I am sorry but my motivation for tenjiku is not so high, but If you can not find an opponent I can play a game with you in future^^
Please don't worry. I have two persons in NL who like to play this OTB.

So here's the table. Not that useful by itself, but at least it accounts for common game dynamics. To actually put the table to good use, you'll need to know how to read the flow of a game, know which pieces do better in whichever type of game/structure, understand how positional arrangements favor or disfavor pieces (and by how much). It's much much better than any other list of piece values you'll find. The really good stuff is my list of positional bonuses, which would allow an amateur at chu shogi to apply the table above. But that is neither easy to write down nor free.
I am also not interested in tenjiku shogi. My plans are to fully focus on chu shogi, in order to develop better lines and systems, and to teach those who eagerly wish to learn. I determined that it was important to at least play one game of dai shogi to understand what chu shogi originated from.
