along with other indie games, it's also known world-wide. Not just gd. Gd has no plot and is just jumpity jump jump, however there are much better indie games, like I don't know... UNDERTALE.

I have a lot of respect for Undertale as well, and gd DOES have small bits of plot, but story isn't needed to make a great game. For example, A lot of the earliest games.
