Vickalan had introduced this in order to maintain an equal distance between the friendly King and Guard. It has become a standard.

I had even sent you this link but still you're a no-show. Very annoying and you're now on my blacklist as person I rather don't play against.

Quite a game. Both sides blunder on Moves one and two and then black loses on time😕

What was my blunder?

1. f4 is a blunder. You haven’t figured this out?

rychessmaster1

And 2. Wd3 is a blunder for the same reason

evert823

No I don't see why it would be a blunder.

1. f4?? g5!
g5 leaves white with insurmountable problems. If white accepts with 2. fxg5, black plays Wg7+ and will soon regain the pawn with a more active position.
If white doesn’t take the pawn, then black will pressure e4 and white will be tied down trying to defend it
Similarly, after 1. f4 f5 2. Wd3, there is 2.... g5.

It’s not actually a blunder, but I call it a blunder because people still play it despite me saying over and over how it’s bad.
It’s more like an inaccuracy, but black is better after 1. f4 g5
