Thanks. This game made quite a sensation at the Târgu Mureş games exhibition this November in Romania.

Lots of kids and teachers wanted to try it.

Their conclusion: "This game needs to be studied".

My second game for the Nuremberg International Game Inventors Convention is a 9x9 board game designed to look attractive to kids.

The instructions are a bit unclear, but the game is pretty cool. Some questions: when does scoring happen, and what requirements are there for making a house in the beginning of the game?

In the beginning of the game each player gets 5 cards. Before playing they take another card. Now, it's their turn to play.

Let's say, you are the first player. You first need to chose a trump for your house. Of course, you would chose one of the Royals in your hand, either King or Queen of any color, because they are harder to match afterwards.

If you have no royal figure in your hand, you can play any card of any color. That would be your trump color for the house.

In the next turns you just try bringing as many points as possible to your house.

Scoring.

When there are no more matches or cards to play the game ends.

Each house separates their cards by color and calculate the points.

Example calculation:

House A has the following red cards: R,N,P,P,B,R,Q,P.

R+R = (5+5)X2 = 20.

20+N+B+Q= 37.

3P multiply total points by 4.

37x4 = 148 points for the red color.

If the red color happened to also be the trump color:

148x2= 296 points.

Now you calculate the points for the other colors and add all together. That represents the total points of the house.
