Event 6: The Juggernaut

You see it from miles away. A hulking, mile-high giant bearing down upon your meagre fortifications. You muster what forces you can to try to take down this monstrosity.

Juggernaut (APV: 20)

Takes up a 2x2 square. Moves two squares forward or one square in any other direction.

If the Juggernaut takes a piece with its move, it may move again in that direction.

The Juggernaut must be taken twice to be removed from the board. The first piece to take it is removed from the board.
Upon taking the Juggernaut, gain 10 points.

Please place the Juggernaut on b8, c8, b7 and c7.

Event 3, Wave 2:

As expected, the flames shoot up on the far side of the board. They are much more condensed than you had expected, however. Their blazing light sears your eyes, and you quickly ready your forces to douse the fires.

Place a flame on a8 and d8. Place trees on b5, c5, b4, c4, b3, and c3.

Spark (APV: 1)

Moves forward and diagonally forward one square.

After 3 turns, sparks are automatically taken. If they have advanced to flames, this timer stops.

If a spark captures a piece, it turns into a flame.

Flame (APV 2.5)

Moves like a queen, except to a maximum of two squares.

Flames are automatically taken after 5 turns. If they have advanced to Blazes, this timer stops.

After taking 2 pieces, a flame turns into a blaze.

Blaze (APV: 5)

Moves like a queen, to a maximum of 2 squares. Any time a blaze moves, a spark is left on the square it moved from.

Blazes burn out and are automatically captured after 10 turns.

If a blaze captures 3 pieces, it turns into an inferno.

Inferno (APV: 13)

Moves like a queen, to a maximum of three squares. A spark is left on every square an inferno passes over on its move (including its original square).

An inferno burns out after 10 moves without capturing a piece. This timer is refreshed whenever a piece is captured by the inferno.

Tree (APV: -0.1)

Cannot move. Can be captured by both friendly and enemy pieces.

Because I started this wave early, I will allow two more people to start this wave before the nightmare wave begins.
